Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial exchanges are granted (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, you will receive your credit immediately.

The exchange will be for another item or store credit. We do not issue refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on final sale items, such as those purchased on sale or on discounted sales.

The new item will be shipped once we receive the item you wish to exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will honor the return of the item.
